Our return policy is as follows: 21 days before the workshop full refund minus $25 administrative fee. After that date only emergencies will be considered for a full refund on a case by case basis. If we need to cancel due to low enrollment, weather issues or instructor emergency a full refund will be issued.

Title: Cranial Sacral Foundation Techniques

Instructor: Elizabeth Erbrecht​​​​​​​
Course Description: A foundational technique class. Provides an overview of Cranial-Sacral Therapy which includes; the history of, anatomy of the cranium, technique, and presence. We will also learn the location and specific techniques for the following; sacrum, occiput, sphenoid, temporal bones, parietal bones, and frontal bone. Students will learn how to enhance their practice and provide support to their clients through gentle touch and holds. Students will also acquire new proficiencies to add to their skill set.

Elizabeth Erbrecht, L.M.T Bio:
Elizabeth Erbrecht is a Licensed Massage Therapist, 2001 graduate from The Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in theology and counseling from Carlow University. Elizabeth serves the Pittsburgh hospice community as a Massage Therapist, Death Doula and Spiritual Care Counselor, synthesizing her passion for therapeutic bodywork and her dedication to the geriatric community.
She has been dedicated to the pursuit of holistic, nature-based modalities for over 20 years. As a multi-faceted practitioner, Elizabeth has accumulated the training and experience required for teaching level mastery, bringing insight and education to those interested since 2017.

Mary Hammer Bio:
Mary Ruth is a retired K-12 teacher after 33 years where she focused on health and physical education she continues to volunteer and instruct for the Red Cross 25 years strong! Mary Ruth is Certified and instructs Lifeguards, CPR,AED training, and first aid. In her spare time Mary Ruth enjoys gardening, water sports, fly fishing and hand knitting.
